This iconic individual used to go around the city with a small cart , shouting in the middle of the streets, selling different kinds of water in terracotta urns, that apparently kept it fresh for longer.
Hearing him shouting, most women looked out of the window and offered a small wicker to fill it with water.
This job still survive today, in Via Chiaia, just at the entrance of Palazzo Cellamare, headquarter of Rubinacci Napoli.
