  • Rubinacci offers for sale on the Website the products to consumers, who buy products for reasons unrelated to their trade, business, entrepreneurial or professional purposes ("Customer"). Rubinacci reserves the right not to process orders placed by persons other than "consumers".
  • The agreement executed between Rubinacci (or "Seller") and you (the Customer) shall be deemed consummated once Rubinacci has accepted the order, including partial acceptance. If the order is not accepted by Rubinacci, Rubinacci shall immediately inform the Customer.
  • By placing an order on the Website (the "Order"), the Customer declares that it has read and understood all of the indications given during the purchase procedure, and shall explicit accept these general conditions (the "Conditions").
  • As detailed below the Order is not accepted until it has been processed and confirmed by Rubinacci and is an offer to purchase the product(s).
  • These Conditions may be printed or stored on permanent storage devices, in accordance with the applicable legislation currently in force.
  • The products offered for sale by Rubinacci are only and exclusively those products displayed on the Website when the Order is placed.
  • Images provided are provided for information purposes only and may not be representative of all the specifications of the product, colours and sizes may slightly differ due to the screen or system used by customers when accessing the Website.
  • Customer can place an order by filling in the order form on the Website and send it in accordance with the indications provided on the Website, after having carefully reviewed these Conditions, the product specifications, the relevant price (inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges), shipping costs (including the ancillary costs that may be incurred in case a shipping and delivery method quicker and/or different from the standard one is chosen). Customer may also ask Rubinacci if it wishes to receive the invoice for the purchased product.
  • The Customer can correct any errors or issues before placing the order. Should you have any queries on the order please contact the customer care team before placing your order.
  • Rubinacci shall confirm that the Order has been properly received by sending an email message to the email address provided by Customer. The email shall contain a short description of the conditions of purchase, as provided for by the applicable legislation, as well as the information entered by Customer into the Order form, to enable him/her to double check such information and, if necessary, immediately report incorrect data, if any (and within 48 hours).
  • This email is a confirmation of receipt of your order and not an acceptance. The offer is only accepted, and the contract of sale concluded, once the product has been dispatched and you receive a further email message confirming the order has been accepted and the product sent.
  • The prices indicated on the Website are inclusive of taxes and Italian VAT. Customer shall be informed in advance of shipping costs or fees, if any, through the Website.
  • The payments can be made only through credit card and PayPal and the transaction will be processed through a secure server selected by Rubinacci identified with Secure3d versione 2.
  • Under no circumstances and at no stage of the payment process will the details of the card used, be disclosed to Rubinacci. Customer payment details will be sent directly, in a secure manner, to the website of the financial institution in charge of the transaction. Since none of such data will be stored in Rubinacci’s files, Rubinacci will not be liable for fraudulent and unlawful uses, if any, made by third parties of the Customer’s card during the payment procedure.
  • Rubinacci, its suppliers and its logistics service providers shall deliver the products purchased by Customer at the address indicated in the Order, at the cost specifically indicated on the Website before the Order is made.
  • Any delay on delivery, or partial deliveries of the product, shall not entitle Customer to reject the product and claim compensations or indemnities.
  • If there is a problem with your order, whether it is damaged or an item has not been received please let us know as soon as possible by contacting the customer care team.
  • The following policy applies only to Products purchased on our Website. We cannot accept returns/exchanges of Products purchased on other websites, in physical stores, or Products from countries where we do not ship merchandise directly. Please see the specific applicable conditions below.
  • You may return any online purchase made by you, within 14 days after the Products are received. Each item can be returned one time only. Please note we only accept return. If you would like a different item or exchange size or colour, please return your purchase and place a new order.
  • Please login to your Account. Under “Order History”, you can select the detail page for the relevant Order and indicate the items which you would like to return as well as the reason for the return. You will receive then receive an email confirming the return.
  • Place all items for return new, unused, and in perfect condition with all the tags and labels attached in their original boxes and packaging.
  • Please close the box safely and apply your pre-printed returns label.

  • Please note that when the Products are returned to us, we will review them for quality control. If the Products are sent back in perfect condition, new, unused, and with all of the tags and labels attached, we will approve the return and reimburse the total amount paid minus returning shipping costs, and customs dues (as the case may be) to the credit card, PayPal account used for the original purchase. We will credit the refund to the credit card, PayPal account or the bank account that you used to pay for the Products within approximately ten (10) days from the date that we receive the returned Products, save for possible delays of technical nature not attributable to us (e.g.: malfunctions of the credit card system).
  • Rubinacci may withhold the refund until the returned product is properly received by Rubinacci or until Customer demonstrates that the product has been correctly returned, whichever is earlier.
  • In cases where the Products appear to be worn or used, are missing any of the labels or tags, do not comply with our Terms of Sale, are sent from countries where we do not ship directly or where we have any reason to believe that the Products are fraudulent or were not purchased directly on our Website, we will not be able to accept the return and we will send the original Products back to you. You remain responsible for any charge applied for the retuning shipping costs.
  • These Terms are not applicable to personalized or customized items order or bespoke Order, where specifics Terms and Conditions applies.

  • The sale agreement under these Conditions and its performance are governed by Italian Law, unless otherwise agreed in the order confirmation.
